WRC BULLETIN 537 WITH 38 PAGE ERRATA

WRC BULLETIN 537 WITH 38 PAGE ERRATA

WRC BULLETIN 537 WITH 38 PAGE ERRATA

(OP)
It took a long time for PVRC and WRC to work together and prepare the new WRC Bulletin 537.

All Vessel Engineers have been anxiously waiting for years for this bulletin but, I am very disappointed to see such a big 38 page errata issued on 8/9/2011 especially when it cost $275 - a hefty price now.

The end users like me would not have a problem with 1 or 2 page errata but, this long awaited Bulletin containing this many pages is almost like replacing 25% of bulletin with Errata!!!

You would think that the authors in charge would at least proof read and double check to make sure there are no printing errors before printing and selling it to the Vessel Engineers world wide.

I had wished that the WRC offered the loose leaf version instead which would have allowed us to simply replace the pages with errors or WRC should have published the revised Bulletin by incorporating all these errors before selling it worldwide to the Vessel Engineers who are not stuck with these errata pages!!

I tried sending 3 emails to following link but, I did not get any response. All this proves WRC being irresponsible and not able to support the end users.

RE: WRC BULLETIN 537 WITH 38 PAGE ERRATA

Money talks...What's the minimum to put in there to call it a New Bulletin?!
