Vibration units convertion
Vibration units convertion
(OP)
Hello Everyone!
I'm trying to get a signal from my accelerometer sensor, which its sensivity is 100mV/g, and convert it to velocity (mm/s).
Does anyone knows how do it?
Best regards,
Adriano

So, the right units are 100 mV=9810 mm/s/s, or 1V=98100 mm/s/s. You need to set that on a knob or type it into table, depending on your instrumentation.
Filtering I won't discuss in a little text box.
Integrating in the time domain can be done with an integrating amp, or digitally.
