Hi All,
I'm supervising a project (TEG), designing and fabrication is being done in US and i'm in africa.TPI send me material test reports while my background is chemical engineer. i would like to get some guideline (advise), what is the criteria to accept these reports.

Really?

Does the report show that the results were obtained per contract and requirement? If so, the barring the conclusion of the report, the report is technically acceptable.

Does the report show compliance to the material requirements? If so, then the material is acceptable.

What am I missing here?
