what type of nozzle to use

what type of nozzle to use

what type of nozzle to use

(OP)
I am drilling a metal plate and I will be using liquid nitrogen as a coolant to cool the drill bit and the workpiece , the Liquid nitrogen will be supplied externally from a liquid Nitrogen Dewar, I am thinking to use a nozzle at the end of the hose and I was wondering which is the best type of nozzle to use in order to have the most efficient cooling effect.

The pressure will be between .5 - 1 bar , the hose diameter is 1/2 inch ( 12.7 mm)

the drill bit i am using is 6 mm diameter and the plate dimensions will be 200*100*15 mm
