Dear All,

MORTH Specification recommends The bottom plug shall be provided in all wells and the top shall be kept not lower than 300
mm in the centre above the top of the curb, as shown in Appendix-3 of IRC:78. What might be the concept behind this? What if it is not so?Someone please clarify me.
