OUR STEAM TURBOSET IS 100 MW, EXTRACTION STEAM, H.P CASE & LOW PRESSURE WITHOUT REHEAT, SAME ROTOR, CONDENSING UNIT, THE ROTOR HAS 6 RADIAL BEARING, B1 BEFORE H.P CASE, B2, B3 AFTER IT, B4 AFTER LOW PRESSURE CASE & B5 AFTER TURNNING GEAR AND BEFORE GENERATOR B6 AFTER IT.
ONE YEAR AGO WE EXPERIENCE HIGH VIBRATION ON B5, LEAD TO TRIP MANYTIMES, AND ALWAYS ITS VALUE EQUAL TO ALARM LIMIT 30 MICRO PER SECOND, TRIP VALUE IS 50 MICRO PER SECOND.
RECENTLY I REALIZED FEED WATER TEMPERATURE OF OUTLET OF LOW PRESSURE HEATER 2 (HEATER 1 & 2 EXTRACT FROM LOW PRESSURE TURBINE) IS SAME TO INLET TEMPERATURE, BUT WHEN HEATER 3 IS OUT OF SERVICE, THE OUTLET OF HEATER 2 IS NORMAL, SURPRISINGLY WHEN I TREND ( VIB OF B5 AND OUTLET TEMP OF HEATER 2) I FOUND BOTH POP UP AT SAME TIME, ONE YEAR AGO UNIT TRIP ON SYSTEM BLACK OUT AND AFTER PUT IN SERVICE THOSE 2 THINGS SHOW UP...
