can anybody introduce some refrences for flange design with tapped hole?

RE: falnge design with tapped hole

How big a tapped hole where?

RE: falnge design with tapped hole

(OP)
supposed the same holes we have in ordinary flange design but they are tapped holes.

RE: falnge design with tapped hole

The bolt holes?

RE: falnge design with tapped hole

(OP)
the size of studs are 1".

RE: falnge design with tapped hole

I wouldn't consider it any different than a through-bolted design, other than the hole detail.

RE: falnge design with tapped hole

I don't think so.

Instead of 4 or 8 or 12 evenly spaced holes with an outside clamping force on to the back side of the full thickness of the flange, you now have 8 or 12 holes in the flange being pulled out by their threads. The flange will distort more, loosen the gasket seating forces.

rezapayvar, you may want to look at Studded Outlets for an example. I have no idea of what you are attaching the tapped flange to, but the attached link will provide some examples of proven designs.
