I am having this masseage in watercad "Pump exceeds the maximum operating point specified for the pump curve." do not know why my pressure is ok and thevelocity every thing seems to be fine except for this masseage any help please

RE: watercad, pumps

Is this a pump you are designing or an existing one? If one you are designing, it sounds like the pumping head of pump is too low. Check to see if the shutoff head of the pump is lower than the system head. If so, you will need a higher head pump.

If this is an existing pump and it runs fine in real life, then check to make sure you are modeling everything correctly, i.e. connectivity to pipe network, pipe diameters, pump curve, etc.
