How to join sketches which are there on zx and xy planes.

Insert -> Curve -> Line
expand the settings menu and click "on" associative

We may need some more details. Are you asking to combine two different sketches created relative to two different planes? Or do you simply want to 'connect' them together? If it's the second issue, then Jerry's approach will probably get the job done, however, if it's the first, we'll need more information about what exactly it is that you're going be using this model for.

You need to use COMBINED PROJECTION (INSERT/CURVES FROM CURVES) for this.
