Automated Depth Checking

Automated Depth Checking

Automated Depth Checking

(OP)
Hey,
Just wondering if anyone has a good idea for a system to auto check a spotface depth on a round part. Needs to be fast. I'm thinking some kind of laser checker.

RE: Automated Depth Checking

I would talk to optical sensor manufacturer like Keyence, Sick, Micro Epsalon, Wenglor, Banner, Baumer.

They may have a ready made system for scanning irregular depth pocket at high speed. But it wont be cheap

RE: Automated Depth Checking

Where is the rest of the information to even begin to give an educated answer..
Missing all the when/wheres,etc...
