SolidWorks Bible 2013 Costing

Does the SolidWorks Bible 2013 cover costing? We are looking for tutorials on how to set up costing. I ran through the costing tutorial in SW it doesn't go into to much depth. Solidworks pointed us to the Productivity Tools book which looks good but I'm not familiar with. I also downloaded Blake's tutorial on SW forum which I have not had a chance to go through yet. Just looking for more tips and guides.

I skimmed 2013 on amazon but didn't see anything about costing but I certainly could have missed it.
