Master to non-Master file

(OP)
I'm not sure if I'm using the right terminology so I'm sorry if me question is unclear:
We're using NX7.5 in teamcenter

I was creating a drawing(123456-01-dwg) of a file(123456-01) and wanted to save that file under another name.
In stead, I saved the drawing under another name (123457-01) so now the master-link (or however it is called properly) is broken. Of course I didn't save my changes in the 123456-01-dwg file so there's no turning back.

I'd now like to save 123456-01 as 123458-01 and add 123457-01 as 1234568-dwg-01 to the part.
How can I do this without messing everything up even harder?

RE: Master to non-Master file

Here is a little thing I got off of PLM world From Larry Carpenter. This tells you how to merge a separate non master model drawing into a master model drawing. This was done more for I-Deas data that was migrated, when the drawing and the part are in different Items. Sorta sounds like what you have above. Hope it helps.
