FEMAP vs UG NX Advanced simulation

We plan to make a transition from I-deas simulation to UG NX simulation.

But before that i need to clarify some basic doubts.

1.Can i use the same element types in UG NX ,as i am using now in I-deas model solution.
2.What is the difference between FEmap and UG NX integrated advanced simulation module.
3.Whether NX Nastran and MSC Nastran are similar?
