SE stamp for civil work in Washington State

SE stamp for civil work in Washington State

SE stamp for civil work in Washington State

Hello,

I just got my WA CE/SE license through comity. Does anyone know if I can stamp civil drawings with an SE stamp, or will I need to get two separate stamps?

RE: SE stamp for civil work in Washington State

For Washington, you have to have your Civil before you can get your Structural. Since they granted you the Structural, unless it is limited, which I sincerely doubt, you should be able to stamp Civil too.

Your licensing documentation should say Civil and Structural. If you have any doubts, just call the state board. They are very helpful.
