(OP)
Hi
My company is purchasing ball valves from a manufacturer who has deviated from specs and used A320L7M/A194L7M combination of bolts & nuts instead of A320L7/A194L7. Valves are Carbon steel bodies (A350LF2 CL1) and rated to -46 degC. Line pressure is max. 175 bar, no sour service.
AS I've looked into ASTM standard, L7 has superior mechanical properties than L7M. Impact test for stock mat is also lower for L7 (-101degC compared to -73degC).

If somebody can please tell me the reference where I could see the max. & min. range of temp to which L7 & L7M can be used. Thanks
