Fuel Injector Help!
Fuel Injector Help!
(OP)
Hello I'm Flickded! I'm new to this forum! :D
Now, I know this isn't a car engine, but I didn't know where else to post this, nor do I know any other forums that I could post this.
I have a 1977 Atlas Copco XAS 60 Dd Air Compressor with a Deutz F2L912 Diesel Engine. I've been trying to get this thing to start for a few days now, replaced all the oil/fuel/battery/etc. I've been having a tough time finding a user manual anywhere. Anyways, I noticed the fuel injectors are clogged. Now my main question is, how do I remove them? That way I can clean/replace them if needed. Any help will be appreciated!

If you happen to have a link to the manual on Amazon or Scribd on hand, that would be very helpful

If you cant get fuel to spray out from the injector area after you have loosened the supply lines , you have a bad pump or zero flow to the pump.

And there could be something hokey with having a F2L attached to a XAS 60. I believe that is a 130 cfm copmpressor which would need approx 25 HP to run it, and I'm fairly sure the F3L I worked on was rated at 25 HP ( or KW, I can't remember). A F2L sounds small to me.
