Ansys Workbench 13.0 nodes operations

(OP)
Hello, I would like to ask if anybody knows if there is an option to (for example) move or merge nodes in Ansys Workbench 13.0 like in Ansys classic or MSC Marc Mentat. I am working with welded structures and most of them are surface models imported as IGS from Catia and then meshed as shell elements.

To connect (weld) the surfaces to each other I was using for expamle functions like move node to vertexor to other node, move node to curve or to surface and then I used sweep (in Marc) or merge (in Ansys classic) to delete the duplicate nodes. At this moment I want to switch to Workbench and cannot find any of these mesh editing functions like I was used in other softwares. To exactly describe my situation I attached two pictures.

The first picture shows my problem and the second picture is approximately what i want to get. But this is done by the "form part" function in the geometry interface, which connected automatically all the surfaces together and the mesh is very often unecessary deformed (or creates automatically some unneededtriangles).
Thanks in advance for any help.
