How to move leader arrow in drafting?

How to move leader arrow in drafting?

How to move leader arrow in drafting?

(OP)
Hi all,

I am dimensioning a drawing generated from a 3D part model. I have a symbolic thread on it. I used Feature Parameter to get the thread size. How do I move the leader arrow to another location, such as the symbolic thread dash line?

Also, the same with a diameter dimension.

I tried Origin Tool but doesn't seem to do what I want. I also tried SHIFT+RMB click on the leader, still no effect. All I can move around is the text but not the arrow.

I attached a picture below to better show what I mean:

I forgot to mention that I am using NX 8.5.

In Solidworks and Solid Edge, I just move mouse cursor to the arrow then click and drag it to another location.

Thanks!

Sam
