3D model overlays

3D model overlays

(OP)
Working with several revisions of the same CAD data, I was wondering if there was any function, add-on, program, etc. that works with 3D models to overlay two versions of a part and only show the differences between. Thinking similar to Photoshop's ability to have one layer be able to delete content of another. This doesn't need to apply solely to NX, it is just what I use.
Is there anything out there that can do this?

RE: 3D model overlays

Hi,
You can check MODEL COMPARE in ANALYSIS.This will show you the simmilar, different regions in two different parts.
