Intended temperature range of hot and cold working ASME VIII

(OP)
Dear Fellow Members! What range of temperatures does ASME VIII Div. 1 or ASME I mean when it uses hot working and cold working terms? Does it refer to the metallurgical definitions of cold and hot working?

Thanks in advance.

RE: Intended temperature range of hot and cold working ASME VIII

Independent events are seldomly independent.
