Dear coelleagues,

I'm writing to find an answer about Pressure-relief Valves, I'm doing a analysis of RBI for PSV's and I'd want to know how can i get the mode of failure? I understand that there are 2 categories of failure for the PRD (Fail to open and leakage failure), but I don't know which criteria to take to choose the type of fail for each valves. How can i know if is "fail to open" or "leakage failure"? Help me please.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Best regards,
Miguel Haro S.
