I recieve a ATP/EMTP TACs file with .alc extention. but can not open by ATP program. Can you introduce program for executeing this file correctly?

You should use the line constants feature of the ATPdraw program

use ATPdraw (file, open, etc)

ATPDraw sended a error as following:"incompatible project file format"

I think so. My oldest .acp-files are from 2006.
