Customer Defaults - Subtracted Body Preview

Customer Defaults - Subtracted Body Preview

Customer Defaults - Subtracted Body Preview

(OP)
Does anybody know the customer Default (Or just the location of the option) to turn off the ghost viewing of subtracted bodies.

Ie, if I shell a box, then hover over one of the shelled walls, it shows a "ghost" preview of the original form of the box. I believe this was a feature introduced in NX8, but not 100% sure.

Thanks in advance

Adam

Kapmnit, you are a lifesaver! It is the most annoying thing ever!

Do you kow if there is a customer default that will turn this off on start up, or will i just have to de-select it everytime. I've searched through the defaults, but am unable to find anything under selection (unless it has been locked by the site admin)

RE: Customer Defaults - Subtracted Body Preview

There is NO Customer Default which controls the initial setting of the 'Highlight Original' option on the Preferences -> Selection... dialog.

However, if you toggle this option OFF, 'Dialog Memory' will remember this setting from session to session, until you decide to toggle it back ON.
