Unable to pick existing model to dimension the sketch

Unable to pick existing model to dimension the sketch

(OP)
Hi Fellows,
It may be a very simple question but I can’t figure it out. When I create a sketch on the top of the extruded model, I am unable to pick the corners of the model to dimension the sketch. Please see attached picture.
I am using NX8.5 but I never had this problem in NX8.
Cheers

Regards
Rodney

Thanks, it works great.

RE: Unable to pick existing model to dimension the sketch

I have also notived that the default option when is a sketch has changed from "Within Work part only" to "Associated Sketch". Although generally sketches are on co-ordinate systems anyway, its sometimes not to create references to exsiting edges etc
