Looking for software to simulate permanent magnets

Hi

I have been searching for a software that simulates permanent magnets and can show the dynamic relation and motion for such magnets, what I have found until now requires electric supply.

Thanks and Regards

RE: Looking for software to simulate permanent magnets

Magnetic engineering forum is a better choice for this question.

Thanks cloa
I thought it should be under the Mech. forum since we are talking about dynamic and motion too :)

RE: Looking for software to simulate permanent magnets

Motion of what? By means other than magnetism? To Do what? Express the problem more clearly that the software needs to solve- especially if it needs to be reposted in Magnetic Engineering forum.

RE: Looking for software to simulate permanent magnets

MagNet from Infolytica can do permanent magnets and motion.

The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows.

In fact I have an idea of integrating permanent magnets into structure, but I was trying to simulate some situations that involves the attraction and repulsion of the magnets between each others and between steel.

Anybody knows if Cosmol can simulate permanent magnets?
