Can't transform the result into cylindrical coordinate system

Can't transform the result into cylindrical coordinate system

(OP)
Hi everyone,

I tried to obtain radial stress and hoop stress in a disk. But it didn't work after I created a cylindrical coordinate system and transformed the results into that cylindrical coordinate system. When I used tool--query, I still got the same numbers of S11, S22, S33, etc. When I tried to plot the radial stress along the radius of the disk, I got the same plot. Does anybody know the reason? Thank you very much!

RE: Can't transform the result into cylindrical coordinate system

did you 'activate' the transform?
In Result options -> transformation

Hi sdebock,

Yes, I did. Never mind, I'll use another model, the transformation works in that model. Thank you.
