Does anyone happen to be a packrat and still have this 1972 Minimum Design Loads for Buildings code laying around? I am looking for what a second floor retail space would have been designed for. The oldest code I can find is the 1982 version of this same document which gives 75 psf for a live load (same as it is now).

Thanks!

RE: 1972 ANSI A58.1 Minimum Design Loads

I have that. Table 1 Minimum Uniformly Distributed live loads. Stores: Retail: Upper floors: 75 psf. First floor 100 psf, wholesale 125 psf.ANSI A58.1-1972.
