We do conformal coating and have some pretty complicated masking to do prior to coating. This is currently all done manually. I am interested in looking into using a peelable mask. has anyone ever implemented an automated peelable mask system for this purpose before?

RE: peellable mask for conformal coating

It's not really the kind of thing people working in the power transmission & distribution industry would do in their day-to-day work. There are a few places where you might find a better audience for your question which you possibly aren't aware of:

forum248: Electrical/Electronic engineering other topics
forum797: Power Supply and Electronic Component Design
forum240: Circuit Design

If you do post the question in ONE of the other fora then click the "Inappropriate post? If so, red flag it!" button in your post above and just ask one of the administrators to delete this thread because you've started a new one in a different place. They're a helpful bunch who do their best to keep this site tidy. wink
