Integrated Manifold System - Pneumatic and Electrical ?

(OP)
Hi All,

I am currently working on a SMED system on one of my workplaces machines. What I have seen before but now cannot find is an integrated manifold system for both pneumatic and electrical connections. I basically need to remove tooling from a machine and allow the fast removal of two cylinders with accompanying reed switches. Presently we remove the cylinders from the tooling then remove the tooling replacing with another tool and then putting the cylinders back on.

I would like to leave the cylinders & reed switches on each tooling set and remove the lot together. I would need an integrated manifold system to allow this though.

Any links or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers in advance

Steve

I got no idea what you're talking about. This is a pipelines and fluid mech forum. You seem to be somewhere else.

Independent events are seldomly independent.
