What's your goal?
If you want to use them in assemblies to speed up drawing updates, NX 7.5 & later can create "lightweight" versions of your solids and manage them for you.

If you are looking to export a model for use on a rapid prototype machine, you can export your solid as an .STL file.

Or perhaps something else entirely?
