Inconsistent Yield Point

Inconsistent Yield Point

Inconsistent Yield Point

(OP)
Hey All,

I am running a Nastran Nonlinear Deck that was output from FEMAP Pre/Post (10.21). I keep getting the warning regarding the inconsistent Yield point between my Stress Strain function and the corresponding yield point in the MAT1 Card. The yield points do indeed line up... and I have even gone as far as truncating the strain value to 4 significant figures and back calculating the yield point so that they line up perfect. The values have been verified in both the Output .DAT file and the GUI in FEMAP, so it's not a translation issue.

Any ideas on this??... I hate to think what Nastran is actually using for the yield point.

Thanks!
Rick
