Injection Mouling

(OP)
Hi, I have one Arburg injection moulding machine. Currently i have one inadequate chiller tryig to cool the hyraulics. But as our mould become more complex i will need to introduce cooling for the mould. Any tips for what type of cooler i should use for the hydraulics, and what i should use on the mould? I'm new to this so any avice is greatly appreciated.

RE: Injection Mouling

Industrial hydraulics are normally cooled by a radiator of sorts,
which works better if the fan is actually rotating,
and if you clean the accumulated shop crud out of the fins.

Tell us if that's not your problem, and we'll work from there.
