design of CHS cantilevered column-18m high

(OP)
Hello all,
I'm a recently graduated engineer from Dublin that is truelly stumped with regards the design of as already mentioned a CHS cantilevered 18m post. I have looked through a tech index for the british codes and the closest I have come to a guide is the wind loading code BS 6399 and BS 8100 which deals with the design of latticed towers and masts. Unfortunetly BS6399 doesn't deal with members sublected to dynamic excitation thus ruling itself out for my purposes and whereas BS8100 deals with latticed towers consisting of perhaps CHS, it does nt expressly deal with just one circular hollow post on its own.
Has anyone any ideas as to where I could find a guide?
Kind regards,
David Mc Swiney
