(OP)

hello,
am new in thermal analysis.
Regarding the Sequentially Coupled thermal-stress analysis, I would like to find out if there is a possibility to run a thermal analysis for a planar section which has 2 different temperatures acting on opposite sides, and afterward to run a static model for a beam which is subjected to these to temperatures.

The aim is to obtain the thermal stess ......i did thermal stress problem.... i take 2D DEFORMABLE WIRE TYPE AND GIVE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY AND DO SECTION ASSIGNMNT ,STEP ...HEAT TRANSFER PROBLEM AND BOUNDARY CONDITION AT ONE END 348 K AND OTHER END 273 K AND MESH ...THEN I GOT NODAL TEMP AND SAVE IT...
THEN HOW I USED THIS NODAL TMP IN STRESS ANALYSIS

THank you
