Angular dimension on sketchd

Angular dimension on sketchd

(OP)
Hi,
I'm not able to show the angular dimension in degree - minutes - second in part sketch.
I attach an example, but I need to create a cone for automotive wheel with an particular angle.

Thank you...

Using NX 8 and TC9.1

Hi Kapil,
it's ok, but this setting remove the variable name to all dimensions.
Anyway I will use your suggestion.

Thank you...

RE: Angular dimension on sketchd

You have to remember that the 'Expression' option is showing you the NAME of the 'variable' and its VALUE. The Expression value is NOT stored in degrees/minutes/seconds but rather in decimal degrees (just be glad that it's not returning the angle in Radians). When you set the 'Dimension Label' option to 'Value' the software than displays it as if it were a Drafting Dimension thus honoring the format chosen in the Dimension Style dialog, which could just as easily be 'decimal degrees' as well, but now you have a choice as to how you wish it DISPLAYED, but this will have no effect whatsoever on what the actual VALUE is of the EXPRESSION or how IT will be displayed.
