Can anyone help me I have just purchased a 1988 fanuc tape cut wire edm and it has no cutting condition tables I am using .25mm dia wire
I will be cutting copper,tool steel (various grades),high quality carbon steel (en24 ect),brass,aluminium
I have used the same controll for years on my hitachi Q cut but the generator is a different type and the cutting conditions I have for that won't work at all

Any help would be much apreceated thanks in advance

These are really old machiens and getting information out of fanuc is not only really expensive but very very time consuming I have posted on here and a coupe of other forums to see if anyone has a manual of the cutting conditions as a couple of emailed pages would get me started
It's like trying to bake a cake without a recipe
