3D Connexion Spacepilot Vista 64 - SE ST5: Crashes immediately upon trying to navigate with the SP

(OP)
I have 3DConnexion Spacepilot that I use back and forth between my desktop and laptop depending if I am working at the home office or at my client's location. I have no problems with the laptop which is a Win7 machine, but on the home computer which is Vista64, whenever I try to use the 3D mouse, my program freezes then Solidedge crashes and a message gets sent in to Siemens - but no feedback on whay I'm doing wrong. Wonder if it is a registration issue and if so, what to do to fix it? Or if not, same question! Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Make sure that you have the latest and greatest 3DConnexion driver installed on your home computer.

Thanks for the reply Dave - I'll give it a try and let you know! BTW - good luck on your 1/2 marathon!
