Cutting device for seal welded instrument connections?

Cutting device for seal welded instrument connections?

(OP)
Some of our instrumentation is screwed in and then seal welded onto nozzle. For many years we have used a manual device that clamps around the joint and with a small cutter insert, the seal weld is manually cut way by turning the clamp.  A TIG weld totch can also be attached to this device. It look very similar to a pipe cutter.  We are trying to replace this device but the original manufacturer no longer exists.  We have some difficulty finding a new one.  I do not know what the device is called.  Can somebody name this device or refer me to supplier. Thanks
