View Boundary by Break Line / Detail

Hi Folks

I'm trying to define a drawing view boundary by using a sketched circle. I'm following a set of instructions for doing so I found at:

http://www.scribd.com/doc/104443156/138/Create-a-break-line-detail-view-boundary

but when I come to select the circle for my view boundary I find that NX will not let me select the curve.

What could I be doing wrong?

Thanks

Dave

Hi Sam,

Thanks for your reply. I came back to the problem after my lunch and realised I'd missed the key step of setting the Active Sketch View. I set this and redid my boundary curves and all is now working as described.

It's amazing what taking a break from a problem can do.

Thanks again,

Dave

RE: View Boundary by Break Line / Detail

That is what I was going to suggest as I have also gotten very frustrated with a problem trying to select curves and not been able to because they were not in my active sketch view. Also anyone else that sees this thread, another problem may be that the layer that line is in is turned off but is visible in the view. Therefore you can see it, but not select it.
