Catia V5 not displaying Catparts just tree

Catia V5 not displaying Catparts just tree

(OP)
My co-workers install only shows catproducts geo but not catparts geo. When a catpart is opened only the tree is displayed and reframing on the solid does nothing. When a catpart is open and the “fit all in” button is pushed only the tree gets bigger and NO part is displayed.

Does anyone have a idea what could be causing this to happen?

RE: Catia V5 not displaying Catparts just tree

Sounds like the tree is active, and not the graphics. Click on the little axis in the lower-right corner of the window to activate the graphics, and try the Fit-Al-In button again.

Jack the "little axis in the lower-right corner" does not appears with catpart. As soon as catpart opens the axis disapears. Any other ideas?

RE: Catia V5 not displaying Catparts just tree

try clicking on any tiny horizontal line on model tree.

RE: Catia V5 not displaying Catparts just tree

Both Clicking on the Axis or Clicking a Line of part of the tree will switch between tree being active or geometry.

You can also Hold Shift + Press F3 on the keyboard to swap between Geometry/Tree active.

Unspoken, Shift + Press F3 worked.
Thank you
