Sol 601/701 and 600/700

(OP)
Does anyone know if the bdf for a sol 600/700 is compatible with the sol 601/701 of nx nastran?
Unfortunately I don't have Femap but only Patran and I wanted to know if the bdf of a sol 600 or 700 analyses could run into nx nastran by changing the number of the solution in 601 or 701. I understand that the solvers are different and may give different results but maybe the input file format is the same.
Thanks for your reply

RE: Sol 601/701 and 600/700

Does anyone know if the bdf for a sol 600/700 is compatible with the sol 601/701 of nx nastran? No.

Don't spend anymore time on the question. It is a complete no. SOL 600 and 700 are far more advanced codes compared to SOL 601 and 701. Siemens PLM thought they could get sneaky and name their lacking nonlinear SOL's 601/701 similar to the advanced SOLs 600/700.
