Dechlorination Manhole

Dechlorination Manhole

(OP)
Has anyone ever designed a dechlorination manhole? We have a site with a new water tower proposed on it and we want to put a 6" line from the tank to a dechlorination manhole for cleaning the tank. The manhole will also have the overflow pipe running into it. Just curious if anyone has ever run into this.
Thanks

But this is dechlorination from an unpressurized water tank after cleaning. This device needs a Pressure system doesn't it?

RE: Dechlorination Manhole

Most of the tank will drain by gravity. You will have to have some type of pump to remove the remaining water after the tank is mostly empty.
