how to save a file after creating it in part design

oh sorry for that silly mistake.
1. how to save a file in pro-e.
2. how to change background color in pro-e.
i tried the following one-
under view > display setting >system colors
After i choose the background color of my choice i save .
then under tools> options i find the system color file, select it and set value by browsing that saved file .then add/ change.then ok.
after relaunching pro-e there is no difference

request u to help me.
