Purchase Order Form filling

(OP)
Hi,
Purchase order form filling, is this necessary to fill all details, like vessel size, number of nozzles, number of instruments, number of flanges and rating, length of pipe and sizes.
Please share your knowledge for accurate purchase order filling.
Thanks

RE: Purchase Order Form filling

Provide the basic information written on the PO, like capacity, MAWP, MAWT, materials of construction, Code, a few dimensions, then say "as per attached detailed specifications and engineering standards". Purchasing should help you get it right.

Good luck,
Latexman
