Large rotomolded parts. Recommended manufacturers.

(OP)
Hi Forum: I need to have an approx 40 x5 x5 ft part rotomolded from a standard thermoplastic. I believe this is pushing the fabrication capabilities of most facilities. I probably need the mold tool made for me as well. Thanks in advance for the advice. My first post.
Questions:
1) Can anyone recommend a manufacturer on the US west coast (preferred), entire USA, or China that can fabricate something this big?
2) Please recommend other manufacturers that you had good experiences with. I may want to make something that is ¼ the size, so include good manufacturers even if they have smaller size capbilties.
3) Are there any tips on things to be concerned with when making large rotomolded parts? After reading a few forum entries, I get a sense that there some weight considerations when dealing with large rotomolded parts, as well as other considerations.
