Is there anybody that can give me a way on how to find information about Los Angeles test for Basalt.

I assume you mean "Los Angeles Abrasion Test" for construction aggregates.  Your state DOT will have a specification on the test, or ASTM or AASHTO will have a general one.  As for results for basalt, the test is meant to be very site and formation specific, so archived test data are discouraged.
