Can't move any dimensions NX6

I pulled up a drawing that was not done by myself.
I cannot move any of the dimensions.
When I checked their associativity I see that the second icon on the top (relative to view) is greyed out, and there is nothing that I can do to change it.
I am boggled, and I have no idea what can be done about moving the dimensions.
Any suggestions ?

RE: Can't move any dimensions NX6

In the Edit -> origin command, is the associative option toggled on?
If so, try toggling it off.

I totally rebooted and everything is now ok.
It was very weird. Must be a Windows7 thing.
The answer to both the above question is "no", that is what made this so crazy.
