Essential Variable Ranges Exceeded During production run

(OP)
While witnessing a production run, the voltage and travel speed ranges were exceeded. Re-qualification of the welding procedure can be performed by adding a new PQR, (QW-200.1(c). Would two PQRs, (one for voltage with all the same essential variables as original procedure and one for travel speed with the same requirements), be needed or can one PQR be welded with the voltage and travel speed requirements meeting what was welded in production?

RE: Essential Variable Ranges Exceeded During production run

One PQR reflecting the Heat Input or greater than the Heat input used in production (Amps, Volts and Travel Speed).
