(OP)
Hello Dears

I have a project which i suppose to complete by tomorrow and i have no idea how to deal with such case or problem
so i am looking forward for your help

Problem Statement: The balcony located on the third floor of a motel is shown below. It is
constructed using 100-mm thick concrete (plane stone) slab which rests on the four simply
supported floor beams, two cantilevered side girders AB and HG and the front and rear girders.
The idealized framing plan with average dimensions is also shown (Fig b). According to IBC, the
balcony live load is 2kN/m2. Draw the shear and moment diagrams for the front girder BG and
side girder AB. Assume the front girder is a channel that has a weight of 0.36kN/m and the side
girders are wide flange sections that have a weight of 0.66kN/m. Neglect the weight of the floor
beams and front railing. You can treat each of the five slabs as two-way slabs.

Thanks in advance
