Valve repair stand

Valve repair stand

Valve repair stand

(OP)
Hi Guys,
Looking to design something to keep valves secure whilst stripping and working on.
currently got a couple of 20" gate valves on the floor and they are a good 8 feet tall.
Also got a number of 16" Check valves to work on an repair.

Anyone got any photo's or drawings they'd be prepared to share, in order to save me re-inventing the wheel?

Many thanks in advance.

Jeff

RE: Valve repair stand

Stands bolt to the flange or on which the flange rests seem to be popular:

RE: Valve repair stand

I am not an expert in this, but i have a catalog of a company named "PKTBA" with head office in russia(http://www.revalve.com). They do manufacture valve repair & testing equipment. Hope this info will be useful to you.
